PRODUCING GREAT DRINKS FOR ANY OCCASION
We started the Celebration Drinks production facility with one goal in mind: providing high-quality, carefully developed products, made for everyone. Our passion for innovation and development has driven us from the beginning and continues to propel us going forward. We know that every listing counts, and strive to make your entire production experience as rewarding as possible.

Receiving Liquid
Our 30,000 litre / 6,600 gallon 316L food-grade stainless steel atmospheric tank can receive wine, cider, perry or any liquid that does not need to be held under pressure. Alternatively we have space to receive products in 1,000 litre ICBs or 1,000 litre Tosca containers. We then feed product into our internal 316L 10,000 litre / 2,200 gallon blending tank, which can mix your product to the desired specification via an automated rouser.
Bottling
Our Fimer 16/16/1 filler currently fills 20cl, 75cl & 150cl bottles. This is supplied by a Padovan Carbonator that can carbonate liquid at a rate of 1,000 litres an hour. Contained below are the product specifications for the bottles we run. Should you wish to supply your own bottle or require a bespoke option we'll be happy to assist but please be mindful that it is likely the changeparts for the bottle to run around the line will need to be re-engineered. We do this through M3 Changeparts who will be able to provide a comprehensive quote that we will be happy to help you with.

Product Finish
We close our bottles with either a traditional cork & wirehood finish, or with an ROPP screwcap and optional plastic mushroom cap. Both of these can then be dressed with an outer sparkling wine foil finish. Our self adhesive P.E labeller can then label front, back and neck in a range of different label options, we use several label suppliers and work with some great designers and are happy to assist with your label design & preferences.
Our production line is then capable of packing products into 6, 12 or 24's in either a tray & shrink finish, plain cardboard or printed cardboard.
Peace of Mind
Our Birchwood Farm production site is an HMRC bonded facility so your products will be produced and moved under bond. We do not pasteurise product but triple filter our liquid through carbon filter, 0.5 micron Pall pre-filters and 0.45 micron Pall sterile filters to give us a sterile and stable product. We are an approved SALSA site, an accreditation that ensures your product is in safe hands and acknowledged by all mainstream supermarkets and distributors.
